CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

My name is Henry Ahveninen and I am leading Customer Care. My team has some of the most talented people in our field, and I am super proud of every member of our team. Together we are looking for two Customer Service Advisor to join our awesome team in Helsinki.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?

We are strengthening our ranks as the business is growing. Our team goal is to give the customer the best B2B - service experience. In the role of Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities are customer support to our customer environments through phone, emails, and chat. Work with your team, other divisions, and departments in a positive manner to resolve challenges in ordering, invoicing, and customer account management.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have good communication skills in Finnish and in English. Our main working language is Finnish. The task includes solving our customers' various problems as well as customer service by phone, e-mail, chat, or through job requests via the job control system. The topics of support requests mainly concern problem situations related to ordering or invoicing but can also accommodate diverse requests related to Device-as-a-Service and software licenses. 

You do not need to be an experienced expert, as we will familiarize you with the task. Above all, you have experience in customer service tasks and a suitable technical knowledge base, as well as motivation to develop and learn new things. The job requires good social skills and the right kind of customer service attitude is the most important prerequisite for success in the job.

  • Former experience in Customer Service
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish & English
  • Excellent interaction skills 
  • Interest and knowledge in mobile & IT – Devices.

  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365 – product family
  • Account management
